So, who are you hiring to assist you or a loved one and invite into your home? LUVcheck was founded by Stephen Ramponi, a long-time Aquidneck Island resident with over 30 years of involvement in the community. A graduate of Salve Regina University in 1995 with a degree in Criminal Justice, Stephen has lived primarily in Newport RI and more recently in Middletown on Third Beach Road.
Below is a little more about me and the one who will be arriving for each and every visit:
- Proud Dad to an amazing 18 year old son “Stevie Jr” who is attending Providence College later this year!
- Graduate of Salve Regina University with a degree in Criminal Justice.
- Hobby/Passion for renovating/restoring real estate on Aquidneck Island. Possess 30 years of home repair, maintenance, restoration and renovating experience.
- A local Commercial/Residential Landlord with some of the same tenants currently in place for over 10+ years.
- A career in high tech spanning 25+ years with a focus in Human Resources.
- Near 800 Point Credit score, fiscally responsible, bonded and insured.
- Excellent driver history if transportation is needed.
- Passed a criminal background check.
- Passion for Boating, automobilia, beach or mountains, love the outdoors!
- My family, parents and friends are the most important to me.
- Love animals: I have a puppy named “TURBO” that’s getting his certification as a therapy dog. Turbo can attend visits if requested!
